Courtyard by Marriott Columbus

Ww were visiting Columbus for our son's military graduation. I checked in using the app and only sent a couple of minutes waiting to get our room key. The lobby was clean and well maintained. Our brief encounters with staff were pleasant and efficient. The front desk clerk was helpful and professional. Our room (120) was clean but did have an off-putting odor. The bed was a little firm for our liking . The facility was a bit dated but was well maintained. I would recommend this hotel for a lower cost overnight stay.

Clean room, lots room. Friendly service. What didn't like, Bathtub, drain stopper leaked. 1 elevator on the wrong side 9 out of 10 go for it you will enjoy it.,###$

This hotel was a wonderful experience, primarily due to the service. The staff of this hotel were superb. Every single individual we interacted with was exceptionally polite, helpful and accommodating. The lobby was very well renovated, modern and up to date. Although there is no breakfast included (which usually consists of stale bread assortments and packaged cereals anyway), I found the bistro selections for breakfast to be more than adequate - again with the nicest ladies. Rooms were ok, definitely not the nicest but did have comfortable pillows. Food and water were pricey, but overall still just mostly overwhelmed by the charismatic and friendly staff!!!

This was a great hotel to use while getting my kid moved into college. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was professional and friendly. The only downside for service is that the website stated a complimentary breakfast buffet, but due to reduced patronage, I was offered a to go box instead, consisting of two granola bars, a banana, and a yogurt. It wasn't terrible by any means, but was not the breakfast I was looking forward to it or that was advertised. The only negative with the room is that the walls are very thin and I could hear every word the people in the rooms next to me. Some sound panels would go a long way. I would definitely stay here again, however,

I was so nervous. So many people had posted bad reviews on here. But, the reviews on Expedia were good. So I took a chance. It’s nice here. Clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a bar and Cafe. The cafe cooks hot food, on limited open hours. It’s really expensive. The bar has a good selection, but again it’s pricy. FYI Bring your own Beer. They have a really nice common area in the lobby. We utilized that so much. We brought our own snacks down and played board games on a rainy day. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location. Clean room beds were a bit worn but ok. The site appears to be remodeling so forgiving this a great overall experience.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They are undergoing renovations but it did not affect our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

This was my go to years ago. Always loved the ri I Ms, and the beds. The one I stayed in was having some remodeling done, but I was in the old room. Sliding glass door wouldn't close of lock and staff didn't seem to care. 160.00 ,I expect a lock or at least a broom handle!!

Really enjoyed the retro feel. The staff were friendly and everywhere I was visiting was easy to get too. Will definitely be back when in the area.

True, the hotel is currently under construction remodeling. But our room was clean. And their service is very good. And they try very hard to be courteous and hospitable. Ms. Toni Davis was incredible helpful and considerate. And one of my hubby's coworker was given an upgrade because his room had not been cleaned. Their breakfast super delicious and the person that served my breakfast on 12-30-2025 was very nice. Rooms has a mini fridge, coffee maker, but no room microwave. Must use the one at lobby.
